The CUBE NANO case is a protective case specially designed for NVIDIA Jetson development boards. Made of C-shaped metal cold-rolled plate and high-quality acrylic material, it provides comprehensive protection and stable support for Jetson boards. Fantastic-looking case that is both practical and upgrade-friendly

I bought this case on Amazon and liked it enough that I wanted to leave a review here as well.

I’m very impressed with this case. It looks fantastic, feels thoughtfully designed, and does exactly what I wanted it to do for my Jetson Orin Nano Super. Once assembled, it gives the whole system a polished, complete feel that makes it look much more like a finished product than an exposed development board.

The assembly process was also a lot of fun. Putting everything together made the project feel much more personal, and the finished result looks great on a desk while still being very practical to use.

What I really like about this case is that it is not just beautiful, but also useful. The built-in screen, lighting, and overall layout make it enjoyable to work with, and it is a great case for anyone who likes to build, experiment, and customize their setup. I especially appreciate that the design still leaves room for personal upgrades if someone has the skills and desire to go further. In my own case, I’m designing a replacement for the YB-EJV01-V1.0 Jetson pin-header extension board so I can offload some tasks that the onboard STM chip cannot really handle for my use, such as richer LED control and a few extra utilities I plan to add. That said, I want to be clear that this is a personal project, not a requirement. The stock case already works very well as it is.

I’m also using this case together with my open-source SOLSTICE Panel software, which I built specifically for this case and its included hardware. Future versions of SOLSTICE Panel will continue to support the provided hardware as well. For anyone interested, here is the project:

Final verdict: this is a fantastic case. It looks great, works well, and gives plenty of room for personal upgrades if you want them — while still being excellent in its stock form. If you want a case that is attractive, functional, and enjoyable to build, I would absolutely recommend it.

4.5 stars for me

Is quite pricey, but kinda worth. Would be better if there is external switch to off the light. Otherwise, everything is awesome.

The antenna doesn't fit

The antenna just wont fit the included adapter in the Orin Nano.

Hello, I am interested in purchasing the Yahboom Acrylic Protective Case for NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Super Developer Kit. Before ordering, I would like to clarify a question about camera installation: • Does this case provide a dedicated opening or slot for a CSI camera ribbon cable to pass through from the board to an external camera? • Is a camera bracket included or supported, and if so, where is it located on the case? • Will the ribbon cable fit without bending or damaging the connector when installed in the case? I would greatly appreciate any photos or guidance showing how a camera can be installed in this case. Thank you very much for your help.

we apologize this product does not have a pre-installed interface for a CI camera.
If you don't tighten the transparent acrylic too much, leaving a small gap, installing the CSI ribbon cable should be fine and won't damage it.

Hi, I tried to use this case in Jetson Orin Nano. But OLED doesn't work. I followed the tutorial mentioned in http://www.yahboom.net/study/CUBE_NANO, and set the wiring correctly. But OLED doesn't display. When I add debug message, and it said that "Remote I/O Error" Can you help me about this? Thanks

the attenna connectors appear to small for the wifi card. i look at under magifying glass and the ones sent with nano have much smaller neck making impossible to install on wifi card. i can add and remove the connectors that came with the orin nano easily. but your attena connectors dont fit.
