Description
This voice interaction module adopts CSK4002 chip, comes with voice recognition algorithm and human voice, and can complete voice broadcast after connecting to the speaker. The voice recognition computing power is as high as 128GTOPS, 360° detection of human voice can be achieved within 5 meters, and the wake-up rate can reach 95% in different environments. The module supports USB communication and serial communication, and supports Type-C and DuPont line connections. Built-in 85 voice commands commonly used by programming cars, which can be used for most smart car or robotic arm projects.

I absolutely love the module, but not being able to modify wake up word is a huge deal breaker. If wake up word was something simpler I would accept it, but having to be stuck saying "hi yahboom" anytime you want to wake it up is a huge pain. Mainly because I have 75% success rate waking it up. But everything else is 100% success rate. Any code you write will work wonderfully once you get past the wake up word. So get it, but be aware that waking it up is annoying. Once past that, the little module is amazing!

I received the package a few days ago and am currently debugging it. Technical support helped me solve some problems on WhatsAPP.
The only regret is that I can't add the command I want and only supports English.
I purchased some accessories, including chassis, expansion boards, voice modules, wheels, motors and more. We put them together and are debugging them.
Compared to buying the X3 PLUS car directly, I prefer to buy the accessories and complete the assembly myself. This is more meaningful. I am retired and have enough time to do this.
The module works perfectly. The serial communication method allows it to be adapted to a wide range of microcontrollers (Arduino, Raspberry Pi Pico, STM32, microbit...) and microprocessors (Raspberry Pi, Nvidia Jetson...). Although the commands are aimed at Yahboom's high-end robots, it has a list of general-purpose commands that can be used with other robots. My recommendation, extend the possibilities of the module with firmware that allows incorporating user commands for other uses or applications.

I bought it and absolutely love it! However I was wondering if it is possible to change the wake up word. I am having a hard time saying "Hi Yahboom" properly every single time and would prefer something simpler like "Hi Bob" or something I can customize. It recognizes every single custom command I taught it perfectly with 100% accurancy, and even the pre programmed commands, but sadly I am only having a 60% success waking it up when I need to, and have to usually repeat "Hi Yahboom" a couple of times before I get it right. I use it for controlling lights in my room with arduino and you guys did an absolutely amazing job with this little device! I just really wish I could change the wake up word.
